1. Pass our final exam.
     Once you pass our exam we will issue you a California Bureau of
     Real Estate approved course completion certificate.
2. Send proper documentation to the Bureau of Real Estate.
3. Study your materials at home or office.
     We offer preparation materials to help ensure the maximum
     chance of success.Students who have used our preparation
     materials have a very high pass rate on the State exam.
