3. One additional real estate course*
*Business Law, Economics or Accounting from college will generally satisfy this requirement. If you DO NOT already have a qualifying course from college, we offer the following:
a. Real Estate Finance
b. Real Estate Property Management
c. Real Estate Appraisal
d. Real Estate Office Administration
e. Legal Aspects of Real Estate (+$20)
f. Real Estate Economics (+$20)
How do the courses work?
Format:
Courses are home study. Two different formats are available, printed textbooks or downloadable PDF files.
Time:
Each course requires a minimum of 18 days each and a maximimum of 1 year to complete.
Exams:
Each course has a final examination. The final exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions. Students are allowed 2 1/2 hours in which to complete the exam. A score of 60% or better is required to pass. The exam is open book.
